FO: Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Finally back into baking, and I went big. Chocolatey, peanut-buttery, cookies, full of pieces of peanut butter cups.

I’ve made these before, and they were a hit around the office. The second time around, they are just as delicious. The cookies are light and fluffy, but also very rich and decadent. I used a recipe from Annie’s Eats, and followed it close to the letter. This was the perfect way to ease back into baking in a summer that has been too hot to be comfortable so far.
